Frequently asked questions

Existing clients can continue to log in to Edge as you do today – through our interface with your broking system or our website. Your username and password remain the same.

New clients can get in touch with one of our relationship managers for a test drive on 1300 555 068 (Australia) or 0800 000 246 (New Zealand).

To create a quote in Edge, simply:

  • Use the new Quick Quote function on the homepage; or
  • Search for your client and follow the action prompts.

Now it’s easy for your clients to accept the terms of their agreement securely online.

Your client can simply click the button found in their offer email or pdf attachment, enter a unique code to access their agreement in our new My Account portal and accept their terms.

Alternatively, clients can elect to sign and return a pdf copy of their agreement, attached to the offer email.

Clients can manage their own payment and contact details through My Account – our new client online portal. Overdue payments can also be paid through My Account.

A copy of the Direct Debit Request form can be downloaded from the 'Documents' section within Edge. Your client can then simply click on the ‘Update online’ button, enter the unique code found on the form, and update their details within My Account.

The new and improved Edge dashboards are more interactive and allow useful graphical projections, which assist you in client interaction and growing your business.

View your real time month to date activity, such as quotes, loans and premium settlements. The Conversion Summary interactive graph allows you to forecast your commission opportunity.

Features such as advanced filters and action buttons make it easier to search for your client and renew loans. You can now click the loan ‘Action’ button to manage your client portfolio - renew or endorse loans, view the profile or documentation, and more.

Managing your portfolio made simple!

Client records can be found quickly and easily using smart search on the homepage.

Simply enter your client’s name or loan number to find loan information, payment and settlement details, transactions and loan history.

No. Old Edge has been replaced with the next generation Edge, featuring the same functionality with enhanced benefits.

Edge Administrators can now create individual broker profiles on the 'My Users' page within Edge.

To save time, Edge has pre-set user access profiles at various user authorisation levels to choose from. These include Standard, Manager, Reporting and Administration.

Visit the Edge homepage and click on the reset password link.

Clients can also reset their passwords by visiting My Account and clicking the reset password link.
